To mark its 20th anniversary, the mdw\u2019s Exilarte Center\u2014as part of the ORF Long Night of Museums\u2014will present composers and musicians who were persecuted, forced into exile, or murdered by the Nazi regime because of their Jewish heritage or political resistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With an opening concert, quick tours of the anniversary exhibition, and musical performances on the historic Wellesz piano, this evening combines music, biographies, and insights into the many years of work carried out by the mdw\u2019s Exilarte Center to preserve, research, and rediscover ostracized music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
