She was a music teacher, freelancing flutist and visiting professor at Mahidol University/college of music in Bangkok/Thailand for one year.
Back in Vienna she managed the archive of the music publisher, Universal Editions, a position she held for 10 years.
Katja began her position as specialist advisor for the Archive of the Exilarte Center in 2022.
